Shipping And Return Policy

Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn and must have silver Andreia Fuzon sticker still attached.

Items purchased on andreiafuzon.com and shipped to US address may be return to andreiafuzon for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on untouched items and returned in original packaging with tags, pouches, and boxes.

Order processing and shipping may take longer during holidays and sale periods and may also vary depending on item stock and availability. Custom and personalized orders may take up to 30 days. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. For expedited shipping, please contact websales@andreiafuzon.com

All merchandise shipped from andreiafuzonjewelry will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. All orders over $200 will require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are pleased to introduce international shipping for our customers through ZONOS, the best shipping company for our international customers. All fees for international shipping will be covered by customers and are responsible for any duty fees.

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Andreia Fuzon is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at checkout. For more information, please refer to the destination country's trade agreement with the product's country of origin.

HOW INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORKS

Your country flag will automatically display in the lower left corner of your screen. If you are shipping to a different country, simply click on the flag and select the appropriate country. You can click on the flag at any time to see estimated duties and taxes based on the items in your cart. Once you select ‘proceed to checkout’, you will be presented with the Zonos International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties Andreia Fuzon Jewelry will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will process the order and ship the items to your international address. All international orders ship via FedEx and are signature required.

FREE GIFT WRAP:

Customers will receive free gift wrapping on all online orders. Any online order will be packaged in or with a special Andreia Fuzon Jewelry box.

RETURNS:

A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from websales@andreiafuzon.com for any item that meets the proper requirements. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Request must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
• Full price merchandise only. Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, Discounted and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.
• Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn and must have silver Andreia Fuzon ticket still attached.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. 
• The package must be insured and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of package with the RA# visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return.
• A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.
• Andreiafuzon.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.
