Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn and must have silver Andreia Fuzon sticker still attached.

Items purchased on and shipped to US address may be return to andreiafuzon for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on untouched items and returned in original packaging with tags, pouches, and boxes.

Order processing and shipping may take longer during holidays and sale periods and may also vary depending on item stock and availability. Custom and personalized orders may take up to 30 days. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. For expedited shipping, please contact


All merchandise shipped from andreiafuzonjewelry will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. All orders over $200 will require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.  


We are pleased to introduce international shipping for our customers through ZONOS the best shipping company for our international customers. All fees for international shipping will be covered by customers and are responsible for any duty fees.



Customers will receive free gift wrapping on all online orders. Any online order will be packaged in or with a special Andreia Fuzon Jewelry box.


Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from for any item that meets the proper requirements. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
  • Full price merchandise only. Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, Discounted and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.

All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within seven (7) business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. 
  • The package must be insured and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of package with the RA# visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return.
  • A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.
